The marketing operations role has exploded over the past few years. LinkedIn shows over 42,000 people with the explicit title of “marketing operations” and and over 325,000 people who just mention it on their profile. However, there hasn’t been a centralized peer resource dedicated to the these professionals, especially when it comes to career development.
We’re excited to launch MarketingOps.com to be that global organization exclusively serving the marketing operations industry and professionals engaged in it. Our purpose is to educate, support, connect, and represent the growing marketing operations ecosystem.
At the center is a free, open community of marketing operations professionals. This community includes an engaging forum, polls, and questions and designed so members can learn from their peers.
In the near future, we plan to launch original research reports including a State of Marketing Operations and a salary benchmarking. Longer term, we hope this community can evolve to include more education such as in person meetups that further the marketing operations professional, jobs board, and so much more.
