A leadership cohort built for the operators carrying the backlog — campaigns, integrations, tools, tickets, and the question of how your own career is supposed to grow inside any of this.
COHORT 1 OF 3
STARTS SEPT 8, 2026
LIMITED TO 20 SEATS
CEO & Founder, MarketingOps.com
Marketing ops is one of the only jobs where you’re expected to be technically perfect, strategically sharp, and emotionally available, all at the same time. It’s why I’m excited for Carly’s program. It’s everything we need that nobody trains us for.
Sound familiar?
You have a backlog of campaigns, integrations, and tickets you can barely see the bottom of. Someone is in your inbox every two seconds asking why the leads aren’t coming through, how to get another webinar out the door, why an integration broke, or whether you can implement the tool they just bought.
Somewhere in all of that, you’re supposed to be growing your own career. And taking care of yourself.
If you said any of that out loud and someone really heard it, you’d want them to do something about it. That’s what this is.
A structured leadership system
5C is a 12-week leadership performance system built around five disciplines
Communication
Consciousness
Connection
Consistency
Confidence
The disciplines become behavior. The behavior becomes how you handle pressure, feedback, and the conversations you’re already having every day.
Why it works
It builds practical skills most leaders were never taught. Awareness, trust, communication, consistency, confidence — so you can handle pressure, feedback, conflict, and difficult conversations with more clarity.
02
It turns coaching into real workplace behavior.
Sessions include structured discussion, applied exercises, and live coaching so you use the tools inside the meetings and decisions you’re already facing.
03
It is repeated long enough to become a habit.
The weekly cohort structure, peer accountability, recordings, and ongoing support give you time to practice, reflect, adjust, and keep using the tools between sessions.

Carly Caminiti
ICF-certified executive coach
Carly Caminiti is an ICF-certified executive coach who built the 5C Leadership Performance System after running it as a pilot with one team and watching the behavior change stick. She blends technical mastery with deep empathy and works with executives, teams, and emerging leaders to navigate burnout, build confidence, and turn the pressure of the job into something workable.
Most leadership development fades within a month. 5C is built to hold, because the work is structured, repeated, and applied directly to real leadership moments as they happen.
The 5C course gave me structure, clarity, and direction in every area of my life — work, family, and self-discipline. It challenged me to grow and gave me tools I use daily.

Questions, Answered.
Q1: How much time will this take beyond the weekly session?
The 75-minute weekly session is the core of the program. Between sessions, the only ask is light check-ins in your cohort’s private Circle channel — surfacing what came up at work, asking questions, supporting each other. There’s no extra “homework.”
And to answer the question that’s probably underneath this one: the 12-week duration is the whole point. A keynote speech is gone the minute you close the tab. A 3-hour workshop is gone by Friday. A 3-day conference about systems your company cares about (not you) is gone by Monday. 84 days of structured practice is what actually changes how you operate. That’s where the consistency, the habit, and the behavior change live.
Q2: What if I have to miss a session?
Every session is recorded. You can catch up via the recording and transcript and stay current with the cohort channel. The program is built to flex around real life — you won’t fall behind if work or life pulls you out one week.
Q3: Is this for individual contributors, managers, or both?
Both. The skills in 5C — handling pressure, communicating clearly, managing your own consistency — are useful at any level of leadership, including leading yourself. ICs who want to grow into management, managers managing under-resourced teams, and leaders running multiple MOps practitioners have all benefited from past cohorts.
Q4: Why is Cohort 1 priced lower than Cohort 2 and Cohort 3?
Cohort 1 is the launch wave. Pricing rises with each subsequent cohort to reflect the value of early access and the proof that gets built as more cohorts complete. Cohort 3 pricing represents the final individual-buyer cohort — after that, the program transitions to enterprise-team-only delivery.
Q5: What’s the difference between the Pro Member rate and the Non-Member rate?
Pro Members get $400 off the cohort price. If you’re not yet a Pro Member, you can upgrade for $500 and you’ll still come out $100 ahead — plus you get all of Pro’s annual benefits (member events, full community access, conference admission, member discounts on future programming). For most people considering 5C, the Pro upgrade pays for itself on this purchase alone.
Q6: Can my company sponsor my seat?
Yes. We can provide an invoice to your company’s professional development or L&D budget on request. Note that corporate budget approval typically takes longer than personal payment, so reach out early if this is your path.
Q7: What if I miss this cohort?
Each cohort is capped at 20 paid seats. If Cohort 1 fills before you can register, you’ll be added to the priority list for Cohort 2 (Mid Wave). Pricing in Cohort 2 will be higher than Cohort 1, so the cleanest move is to lock in this wave while seats are available.
20 seats total. Early Bird pricing on the first 5. Pro Members save $400.
