As CMO, Mike has 20+ years of experience leading Marketing, Product, Channels, and Operations. Most recently, he was Chief Growth Officer heading Marketing and Partnership for AI-powered relevance platform, Coveo. Mike has also been a GTM executive for Enterprise and VC/PE-funded high-growth companies, including RichRelevance, Intapp, 2Checkout, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
Jacob Barbato, Sales Operations, Rapid7
Based out of Boston, Jacob has held various roles in Sales and Revenue operations at TJX (Merchandising, Retail), ezCater (FoodTech, Marketplace) and currently leads Sales Operations for Rapid7 (Cybersecurity, SaaS).
Hanna Mak, Director Marketing Operations, Akamai
Hanna Mak is the Director, Marketing Operations at Akamai Technologies, specializing in Data Strategy & Operations for their Marketing organization. She came from a Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology background and has over 15 years of experience in the space. In her free time, you can find her on a long walk with a good podcast or traveling the world with her husband and is currently living in the Boston area.
Jared Barol, Sales and Operations Leader
Jarod is a seasoned sales and operations leader with over 14 years of experience driving global strategy, operations, and transformational growth. As Director of Global Strategy & Operations for Salesforce’s Industries Operating Unit, he created frameworks to identify investment opportunities and shape industry-specific go-to-market strategies, accelerating revenue and international expansion across 33 sectors. Jared has a strong track record in turning around underperforming business units across industries like Hi-Tech, AdTech, and Consulting. He also founded six companies, two of which had successful exits. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where he occasionally teaches.
