What you’ll be doing here: PTC/Arena is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Marketing Operations team. This role will support the effective management of process and technology for the global marketing organization. You will be accountable for maintaining and improving a sophisticated project management process and corresponding systems across all marketing channels.

– Partner with the head of Marketing Operations to support the success of the larger Marketing organization’s campaigns and initiatives
– Assist in the evaluation, selection and implementation of new marketing tools and technologies
– Ability to work with campaign managers and sales to identify, troubleshoot and remediate any marketing automation and martech issues
– Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously
– Supporting the creation, documentation, and adoption of new business processes and technology, and aid or lead in the deployment and training of the marketing organization.
– Ensure the usability and functionality of our Marketo emails and landing pages
– Partner with sales, sales operations, and our BDR team to optimize the lead flow process and ensure quality data.
– Collaborate cross functionally to solve systems issues as they arise
– Support marketing efforts by building out and deploying tactics such as, but not limited to: emails, webinars, lead nurturing and scoring programs within Marketo.
– Work with the marketing team to help maintain all department technologies and data sources, ensuring upgrades/updates are recommended, planned for, and deployed in a timely and organized fashion.
– Manage data and integrations between Marketo and SFDC
– Proactively identify areas to improve efficiency and propose thoughtful and achievable solutions to address them.

About you:
– 4+ years’ experience in a marketing operations role
– Strong background with Marketo and SFDC
– Understand lead flow between Marketo and SFDC.
– Marketo Certified expert
– Familiarity with webhook and API integrations within Marketo
– You have a good understanding of how systems integrate
– You have strong project management skills, priority-setting capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
– You are curious and detail oriented; you enjoy working with data and new technology
– You are a self-starter, motivated and excited to roll up your sleeves
