We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to help manage and grow our global marketing initiatives in support of sales and marketing objectives. The manager will participate in all aspects of marketing automation and operations including marketing campaigns, lead scoring, lead nurturing, reporting and integration with the CRM as well as management of the MarTech stack. You should be a marketing automation professional able to leverage marketing and sales analytics and well-versed in digital marketing and nurturing best practices.



Marketo Operations and Administration:Create and manage all Marketo templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, and forms.
Create and manage registration pages, forms, and triggered emails and ensure proper 3rd party tool integration with Marketo.
Own the contact database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Implement tools and procedures to improve hygiene and quality of data captured on forms, list uploads and integrated systems.
Enable field-based segmentation of the database for targeted list creation & nurture.
Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo and be the system super-user, driving improvements and best practices.
Analytics:Manage detailed tracking of marketing programs across various channels (search, email, display advertising, conferences, etc.) Analyze data and translate analysis into successful actions to further optimize programs.
Build reports and dashboards to aid in analyzing marketing performance by campaign, channel, asset, etc.
Continuously optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms.
Document existing processes and create new processes where required

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of marketing operations experience
Marketo marketing automation platform experience as an administrator, current Marketo certification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and experience successfully collaborating with sales
Successful track record of creating, executing, and measuring campaigns within Marketo, including database management, smart-list development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
Experience with as a marketing user; demonstrated understanding of CRM concepts such as lead management and lead routing and experience successfully collaborating with sales
Demonstrated proficiency in creating webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails, and integrating with larger campaign flow in Marketo and website. Experience using Zoom (or any major webinar platform) to plan and produce webinars is required.
Comfortable creating process flows and documenting processes (existing and from scratch)
Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

Experience with Zoom webinars, LeanData, 6Sense, Uberflip, Outreach, personalization and other marketing tools
Exposure to advanced reporting tools such as Tableau
Must be fluent in English, but facility with European or Asian languages is also useful
