What you’ll do

As a Sr. Marketing Operations Solutions Architect at CS2, you’ll work on our Solutions Architect & Analytics team: a team of specialist experts who are brought into client engagements whenever deep subject-matter expertise is required across 1 or more of our team’s 3 core areas of focus: MOps Architecture, SFDC Architecture, or Advanced Analytics.

You’ll build close relationships with our Directors & Managers of Marketing Operations (client leads), and team of fellow solutions architects to evaluate and optimize our clients’ tech stacks, business processes, and measurement strategy; designing and delivering a vision and architecture that is scalable, robust, efficient, and aligned to our clients’ needs and goals.

You’ll be self-motivated and focused on helping our client leads build a pipeline of work and developing within your specialty so you can meet your OKRs. And you’ll have dedicated support from the whole CS2 team, made up of MOps leaders, to help you deliver maximum client value and sharpen your MOps skills.

At CS2, we are 100% remote, however, we work closely together (G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp) and meet a few times a year (always in fun locations!) for team meetups or offsites.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on all things within 1 or more areas of specialization: MOps Architecture, SFDC Architecture, Advanced Analytics
  • Work with our Directors of Marketing Operations (client leads) to identify and lead projects requiring specific expertise (e.g., technical debt remediation, tech implementations, advanced automation, lead lifecycle strategy, data analysis, analytics frameworks)
  • Perform health-check audits on existing and new clients’ Marketo, Salesforce, overall tech stack, and analytics infrastructure
    Create and maintain client documentation
  • Develop a reporting infrastructure based on quality data for advanced reporting requirements in a client’s SFDC or BI environments
  • Work diligently towards your monthly goals by identifying projects with the team to achieve your 2x yearly bonuses
  • Helping the CS2 team with the fwd:thinking podcast, written content, videos and events
  • Collaborating with the rest of the CS2 team to learn and grow together

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketo or Salesforce Administrator in a B2B sales or marketing role with a focus on operations, or years working for a marketing ops agency
  • 1-3 years experience in 1 or more of the following areas: Salesforce automation options (flow, process builder) and administration, Marketing/Sales Operations Tech Stack (Lead-to-Account Matching & Routing (LeanData), ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase), Sales Engagement tools (Outreach / SalesLoft), Lead Lifecycle / Attribution (Full Circle Insights, Bizible, Dreamdata, Dealtale), Data Enrichment (Zoominfo, Clearbit)) administration/strategy/maintenance, or Advanced Analytics in a BI platform (Tableau, Domo, Looker)
  • 1-3 years experience designing and implementing solutions that avoid technical debt and fixing that which may exist
    Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets, build reports, & fix data issues
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Inspire confidence and trust by explaining complex subjects to many different audiences (C-Level, Marketing Leadership, Marketing Practitioners), in many different ways (technical, business value).
  • Passion for MOps/RevOps, dedicated to building deep expertise within your specialty
