I’m hiring for someone who bleeds, sweats, cries, and drools purple. All you will be doing is living in Marketo (and connected tools). You will manage the instance, apply best practices, and improve overall team knowledge. No people management, you’ll be a lone wolf. Of course, there are some concrete requirements. You need to have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Marketo, including REAL experience with custom APIs, custom objects, Salesforce sync management, and webhooks. This is not for the faint of heart.
