The National Credit Union Foundation (ncuf.coop) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager, Marketing Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the Foundation’s marketing and experience engine — enabling our team to strengthen the impact of our marketing efforts, advance organizational goals, and empower credit unions with tools, insights, and resources. This role owns and optimizes marketing tech stack integrations (HubSpot CRM, CMS/website, event platforms, fundraising systems, learning platforms, survey tools, etc.), ensures clean and trustworthy data, builds sustainable processes, and supports consistent use and adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data governance best practices, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities across people, processes, and technology.
