Our client is looking for a Marketing Cloud Specialist to join their team. This person will execute all programming in the platform and will coordinate with creative services to optimize designs used in the tool. They will also develop and maintain a segmentation strategy within the platform and ensure attribution is in place to track marketing activities thru to Salesforce.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud expansion, configuration, and data migration, working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other Integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, communicate, and execute Marketing Cloud project concepts and campaign development
  • Share outcomes and learnings with Marketing and Sales colleagues and client (e.g., Key Accounts, Field) project stakeholders
  • Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud Design and implement for automated email/mobile journeys using Marketing Cloud features (i.e., Email Studio, Journey Builder, etc.) and advise clients on how to optimize further
  • Design and maintain segments (e.g., verticals, customer archetypes, etc.) within Marketing Cloud for a variety of marketing projects
  • Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources
  • Report on and analyze email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder (as well as other Salesforce tools data viewing and analysis tools)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related major
  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, expanding, and managing Marketing Cloud programs in a B2B setting
  • Experience with integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Results-oriented with the drive and desire to build a commercial career (marketing, sales, sales effectiveness)
  • Time management skills
  • Experience effectively working in a matrixed organization
  • Growth mindset
