Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager ensures long-term client success and growth Owns account planning, land and expand efforts, QBRs, ongoing customer relations, and SOW/scoping/renewal exercises for their portfolio, follows up on all open project items with the internal team, and tracks open/ongoing issues, communicates with key stakeholders to provide updates on the status of projects, surface, addresses concerns, and plan specific actions as needed Maintains alignment with key stakeholders at all times.

The Account Manager also oversees the customer onboarding process and works closely with Sr. Marketing Automation consultants to identify opportunities for improvement, build roadmaps, and identify use cases for additional projects. The Senior Account Manager also creates quarterly case studies and maintains account documentation (user guide, field maps, account history, etc.) and understands our partners’ products and actively helps out during the sales process
