As the HubSpot and Salesforce CRM Specialist, you will collaborate on projects involving CRM implementations, migrations, and integrations with Salesforce and/or HubSpot. You will play a supporting role on the Technical Services team executing Salesforce to HubSpot integrations as well as supporting HubSpot implementations that require developing workflows, performing imports, and creating custom objects.

You will leverage your Salesforce experience to inform strategy and guide tactics. In this key role at SmartBug, the successful candidate will have the opportunity and responsibility to leverage best practices, build and refine client processes, and be an integral player in delivering intelligent inbound results for SmartBug clients.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide guidance and expertise in CRM processes, technology, and strategy including Salesforce and Hubspot.

Become a thought leader for SmartBug and our clients as it relates to SalesOps and specifically, the Salesforce and integrations with key platforms like HubSpot

Provide technical leadership on CRM setup and processes, and how they integrate with marketing automation platforms, business intelligence tools, and marketing databases

Support the creation and implementation of sales enablement and SalesOps strategies for clients

Leverage industry best practices to implement the internal process(es) for SmartBug client accounts as it relates to lead management

Own integrations of MarTech sales tools, including CRMs, and marketing automation platforms, with specific expertise in HubSpot integrations

Support the development of sales and marketing goals, requirements gathering, and own the implementation of recommended solutions

Develop sales and marketing dashboards in both Salesforce and HubSpot for established client KPIs, metrics, etc.

Develop and implement strategies to manage sales data, data validation, and cleansing; Lead efforts in managing client CRM databases, including data integrity, data quality, data sync/integrations

Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems and issues

Provide hands-on Salesforce training for internal users and external clients, as needed
