Will prices for tickets increase after this campaign ends?
Yes, this is a special launch campaign and prices will change after this campaign ends. If you need to request a budget, here is a free template you can copy/paste.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?
We will fully refund the purchase of your ticket if you notify our team you can no longer attend 90 days prior to the event. Refund requests within 89 of the event days will be refunded at 50% of your purchase price or issued as 100% credit toward a future event. Refund request within 60 days will not be eligible for a cash refund or credit toward a future event.
