Every vendor claims their product is “revolutionary,” but there’s no more time for buzzwords in Marketing Operations.
The No Bullsh*t Demo awards were introduced for exactly that reason! Let’s look closer at this event at MOps-Apalooza 2025 and meet the winners of this year’s contest.
What Are The No Bullsh*t Demo Awards?
Held at MOps-Apalooza 2025, the No Bullsh*t Demo saw top SaaS and RevTech brands take the stage to show their tools live. It was ten minutes each of real product walkthroughs, guided by community questions, and judged by the audience.
Think of this contest as the Super Bowl of SaaS demos – filled with real proof, humor, and genuine “wow, that actually works” moments. The awards included ‘Best in Show’, ‘The “Holy Sh*t, That’s Cool”’, and ‘Most Innovative’.
The MarketingOps.com community values honesty and peer-to-peer trust, and this event delivered both.
Meet the 2025 Champions!
The No Bullsh*t Demo contest featured an impressive lineup, but three demos stood out after a mix of audience ratings and tie-breaker votes.
It took the top spot with a clear lead in the tie-breaker. The demo balanced storytelling with practical execution and showed how effortless campaign creation can be.
Their live walkthrough held the crowd’s attention with a blend of automation, data intelligence, and human insight that created a genuine wow moment for the audience.
Most Innovative: Warmly
Warmly is an AI-powered intent platform that builds and updates real-time lists of high-fit prospects, helping B2B teams identify, prioritize, and convert buyers using person-level signals and automated marketing agents.
The community praised Warmly’s creative integrations and fresh approach to personalization, with tie-breaker votes deciding this category after a very close round of scoring.
How The Demos Worked
Each team had 25 minutes on stage. Instead of a lecture-style presentation, the host guided them through a live Q&A format. They covered questions like:
What does your product do, and why does it exist?
How do MO Pros actually use it?
What integrations and setup timelines should people expect?
What’s your “holy sh*t” moment?
How do pricing and ROI work?
Audience members rated each demo right after watching. This kept energy high and feedback honest. The setup pushed vendors to show actual workflows and customer examples instead of scripted claims.
How The Judging Worked
The scoring process followed the same transparent spirit as the demos themselves. Audience ratings counted for 70 percent, while tie-breaker votes made up the remaining 30 percent. Each attendee rated the demos on three criteria:
1. Engagement and Presentation (Best in Show): How captivating and polished was the presentation?
2. Wow Factor (“Holy Sh*t, That’s Cool” Award): Did the demo surprise the audience or highlight something truly impressive?
3. Innovation (Most Innovative): Did the solution show creativity or a new approach to a familiar challenge?
This standardized survey kept judgment fair and consistent across all demos, no matter the audience size.

If marketing data doesn’t have rules, it makes its own. Leads end up in the wrong lists. Campaigns chase ghosts. Reports turn into finger-pointing sessions. If that sounds familiar, it’s a clear sign that you need marketing data governance to calm the storm, but putting it in place is a
What’s stopping Marketing Ops from leading innovation? One phrase: KTLO. Keep the lights on (KTLO) work consumes most MOPS teams. They manage tech, handle campaign ops, pull reports, and put out fires. It’s essential. But it’s not enough. The real value of MOPS lies not in maintenance, but in momentum. When empowered,
