As the Operations Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Sales Marketing team at Allove operates efficiently by leveraging the HubSpot CRM platform. As our resident subject matter expert for all things MarTech, you’ll be the go-to for technical strategy, implementation, execution, and troubleshooting. In particular, you’ll work closely with the Sales Marketing team to review, recommend, and implement best practice processes and procedures within our CRM and marketing automation platform. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of HubSpot and operationalizing our marketing campaigns and strategies—utilizing best practice data capture and workflow methodologies, as well as assisting and executing on special marketing projects. The ideal candidate is an analytical and operational thinker, and an expert in getting the most out of marketing systems and processes to fuel effective marketing campaigns.



  • Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation to improve lead generation, contact engagement, and deal progression
  • Evaluate requests from stakeholders and translate the needs into new automations, workflows, or configurations in HubSpot
  • Oversee data integrity within the HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup, deduping, and the development of automation workflows
  • Track and measure effectiveness of campaigns/automations and make actionable recommendations to the team based on data
  • Create and manage user profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
  • Manage the optimization of our HubSpot instance, including platform integrations, workflow development and management, templates, and troubleshooting
  • Use your killer communication skills to draft and update system documentation, policies, and procedures in our knowledge management system (Notion)
  • Lead HubSpot onboarding and internal training sessions, as necessary
  • Provide day-to-day support for Allovue users and assist the team with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of HubSpot



  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing operations
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities (Sales, Marketing, and CMS Hubs)
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and transfer strategy into operational execution
  • Ability to advise and implement best practices with a knack for problem solving
  • Be a natural at spotting inefficiencies and be able to identify a solution
  • Comfortable with speaking up with ideas or insights.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with impeccable organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Keen judgment to know when, who, and how to ask for help 



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or a related field
  • HubSpot Sales and Marketing certifications
  • Experience in B2B software sales environments, particular those with long sales cycles and difficult attribution
  • Understanding of funnel strategy and marketing to different buyer stages and audience
