Formulas in columns on the far right will multiply the scores by the weights and the sum will be displayed in the upper area with the maximum possible score. If you add rows, ensure that the formulas are copied there as well.

  • In the first two columns, add the per license cost and lowest quantity for each tier.The sheet will use the increment value to complete the rest of the information.
• In the second tab (License Planning) enter the number of licenses you expect to need.

Highlighted blocks indicate where your input is required. The License Planning tab will use the information from the Pricing Tiers to calculate the cost of the specified number of licenses. In some cases, it can be less expensive to purchase a higher volume of licenses and the sheet will show you this value point with the benefit and savings.
