Our client is looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Customer Experience to join their team. This person will serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization’s website(s), handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, routine site and content maintenance, site performance and metrics, SEO and SEM, and various updates to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of the company.

  • Develop and maintain website(s), forms, and structures in accordance with the organization’s needs in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and related departments
  • Drive digital customer experience program
  • Encourage and facilitate consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organization’s web properties
  • Lead search engine marketing and search engine optimization efforts
  • Collect and analyze web analytics and similar data to optimize performance in time spent on the site, web traffic, web lead conversion, and other relevant metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; software licenses; and applicable state and federal laws and regulations including data security, privacy, and intellectual property laws
  • Maintain current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development, and technology; recommends enhancements in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide input into digital customer strategy development and participate in the execution
  • Manage relationships with external partners involved in the company’s web presence


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems
  • 10+ years of experience in website management, analytics, and design, as well as SEO, in a B2B organization
  • Results-oriented with the drive and desire to build a commercial career (marketing, sales, sales effectiveness)
  • Time management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, and SEO best practices/standards
  • Experience running website consolidations and standing up new websites
  • Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn web content management systems, applications, and tools used by the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience effectively working in a matrixed organization
  • Growth mindset
